Please allow me to introduce myself. My name is Mark Leibold and I am a Senior Mortgage Agent with Dominion Lending Centres. My only products are mortgages and good advice.

One is as important as the other.I have been a landlord and private lender for almost 15 years now. However, I officially entered into the mortgage industry in 2005 and I can honestly say that I love my job and the challenge that it brings everyday.

I tell people that I learned the mortgage business backwards. I learned how to underwrite deals by lending my own money in private mortgages. I bought rental properties and negotiated deals with the banks and lending companies from the street level. Then after a life-changing water skiing accident, I went to school, and took the financial courses required so I could help people attain their goals in home ownership.

My theory is that people want to talk to someone who has already accomplished some of what they, themselves are attempting to accomplish. If I want to climb a mountain, I want to talk to a mountain climber. If I want to win a Nascar race, I want to talk to a Nascar driver. If I want to become a homeowner or landlord, I want to talk to someone who understands the industry and has assets to back that knowledge.

In the mortgage industry I think we all need a guide. A person who makes the process easy, a person who spends all of their time working with mortgages. I don’t sell mutual funds, retirement savings plans, I don’t offer savings or checking accounts, I can’t set up your education savings plans and I don’t have a license to sell life insurance. I only work in mortgages. I think you will agree that if you are looking for the best mortgage at the best rate, I can be an asset.
